Changelog:	New Features: We added SMS notifications as a backup for all push notifications. We added a client setup summary to the client listing page in the coach app. We also added date stamps to file uploads on Action Plan pages to support coaches who use these for client check-ins and who upload progress photos. Added photo upload from iOS Photos App in iOS. Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue with push notifications. Updated sleep data aggregation in iOS.
